The first reaction to the book came from Trump’s brother Robert Trump (72). Robert Trump applied to the court in New York last week on the grounds that the book ‘violated the family deal’ and wanted to prevent it from being published.
Robert Trump’s lawyers argued that “Mary Trump and other relatives have signed an agreement that will not post anything about the case or relationship unless everyone disagrees.”
The upper court overturned the lower court’s temporary suspension order.
