Digital Products – Returns and Refunds Policy
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been purchased and delivered (either by download or email), all sales are final and non-refundable.
Why Are Digital Products Non-Refundable?
Digital products, such as downloadable files, software, eBooks, templates, or online courses, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once the content is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. This means we cannot verify if the content has been used, copied, or distributed.
To protect the integrity of our content and prevent abuse of our system, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued under the following limited circumstances:
You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
You did not receive access to the product after payment, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
The product description was significantly misleading or inaccurate.
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, and include:
Your order number
A detailed explanation of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We review each request individually and reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
