By accessing or using MARAAZ Currency (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides currency conversion, live and historical exchange rate information, an IBAN calculator, mortgage calculator, invoice generator, SWIFT/BIC lookup, and related financial reference tools, free of charge.
Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Exchange rates and calculations are provided for general informational purposes only. You should independently verify any rate or figure before relying on it for a financial decision, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
We source exchange rate data from the European Central Bank (ECB) and other public providers, and update rates on an hourly basis. We do not guarantee that rates displayed are current, complete, or free of error. Actual rates offered by banks, brokers, or payment providers will differ and typically include a margin or fee not reflected here.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARAAZ Currency and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping content at excessive volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The design, layout, and original content of this Service are owned by MARAAZ Currency. Exchange rate data belongs to its respective providers (e.g. the ECB).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
